Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients needed 

6 eggs beaten,

1 1/2 cups sugar,

1/2 tsp Cloves,

2 tsp Cinnamon,

1 tsp Ginger,

1 tsp Salt

29 oz canned pumpkin,

2 cups Evaporated Milk.

Combine the sugar, salt, and spices together. then add and mix together 

the remainder of the ingredients and place in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

For the topping you will need one yellow cake mix ( dry) and 1/2 cup margarine.

Cut the margarine into the cake mix and sprinkle on the top of the pumpkin mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for approx 45-50 minutes ( may take longer).

The cake is done when the base is set.
