 Refrigerator Rolls

2 pks dry yeast

2 t. sugar

¼ cup warm water

1 qt warm milk

¾ sugar

2 tsp salt

11-12 cups flour

2 eggs 1 ½ C oil

Mix yeast 2 T sugar and ¼ C warm water in large bowl, mix 1 qt warm milk

¾ C sugar, 2 tsp salt and 4 C flour

Add 2 eggs 4 cup flour and yeast mixture, Mix well then add 11/2 c oil and 3 C flour Mix well.  You may need a little more flour.  The dough should be soft.  This dough will raise in the refrigerator and will keep several days.  When  ready to use. Form cinnamon rolls or kolaches and let raise about 1 hour.  Bake at 3.50

Don't over bake the dough......
