Mandarin Orange Cake

1 pkg Betty Crocker yellow cake mix

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

11 oz can mandarin orange segments, undrained

Frosting

1 can crushed pineapple, undrained

1pkg vanilla instant pudding mix

1 cup Cool Whip

Using a beater, mix cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges (with juice) 30 seconds on low.  Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.  Pour into 9x13 inch pan (bottom greased only). Bake 35 to 40 minutes.  Cool completely.  Make frosting by mixing pineapple and pudding mix; gently stir in Cool Whip.  Frost cake and store, covered, in fridge.
