We recently received a copy of a letter from the Minister of Tourism for Ontario.

It helps explain the efforts by the Providences to encourage the use of 

Secure Drivers Licenses for Border crossings in lieu of Passports.

We are informed that Ontario is moving forward with a Drivers License
